Hello hard working hospitality managers

I was speaking to the VCGR the other day and one of the issues they would like me to pass on to managers is access of the VCGR inspectors to the latest 6 week summary of gaming transactions.

A number of times when the inspectors enter a venue after normal office hours and request access to the summary they are told by the receptionist or security that it is locked in the office. This pisses them off, and the last thing you want is a pissed off VCGR inspector in your venue.

I was told that if they can't peruse the summary that night they will probably come back the next day with a few friends to conduct a full scale audit (you don't want that, trust me)!

So please make sure your manager or supervisor on duty has access to your latest 6 week summary in the case of a friendly visit.
